OFAC amendments restoring remittances and travel authorizations

Amended the Cuban Assets Control Regulations to implement the policy announced on May 16, 2022 to increase support for the Cuban people, restoring family remittances, individual people-to-people travel, and authorizations for independent Cuban entrepreneurs and related banking.
