Cuba placed on the non-fully-cooperating counterterrorism list

The State Department listed Cuba as a country that does not fully cooperate with U.S. counterterrorism efforts, under Section 40A of the Arms Export Control Act, on the basis of an assessment of Cuba's cooperation in 2024.
